Therapy

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.  An initial session typically consists of an overview of the therapist's approach; the presenting challenges, issues, or symptoms; a brief family of origin description; and possible treatment options.  The number of sessions are determined by the client and the presenting need.   The client may be an individual, a couple, or members of a family.

Supervision/Consultation

Rachel is a Minnesota Board Approved and AAMFT Approved Supervisor available for MFT licensure supervision.  She is also available for case consultation and private practice business consultation for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Social Workers and Psychologists.

Corporate Consulting

Rachel offers corporate consulting services for corporations, law firms, and businesses to provide health and wellness services such as:  counseling, lifecoaching, conflict management and stress reduction.  Rachel offers services for any presenting issues within companies, as well as their individual employees from a balanced, holistic, and intuitive approach.  Her specialties include problematic inner-office and/or team dynamics; individual issues such as depression, anxiety, and grief & loss, which can all lead to increased stress and low productivity.  Rachel is also available for wellness presentations and stress management seminars.
