CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hours notice is required when canceling a session. After the initial session, a credit card number will be collected and charged the full session fee of $125 when less than 24 hours notice is given.

COST OF SERVICES

Therapy

Regular Rate is $125 per session.

Insurance diagnostic intake is $200 per session.

Rachel is in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Billing is provided for Health Partners and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please note: Rachel is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and out of network for Health Partners. Please contact Rachel and she can check your insurance coverage for you. For all other insurance plans, the full session fee is due upon service and a receipt is provided for reimbursement directly from the insurance company to the client.

Sliding fee scale available ranging from $75-$115.

Supervision/Consultation

Individual MFT licensure supervision: $60 per hour (can be split between two supervisees)

Group MFT licensure supervision: $25 per person per hour (groups limited to 6 supervisees)

Licensed case consultation: $80 per hour

Private practice business consultation: $80 per hour

Corporate Consulting

$250 per hour
